If within your first 15 days as a Pro subscriber you feel DuoPay didn't leave your month's accounts clear, write to us and we'll refund 100% of your payment. No questions, no long forms — one email is enough.

• Write to us within 15 days of your first charge: soporteduopay@gmail.com
• You can also start the refund directly from your Hotmart purchase portal.
• We process the refund as soon as we receive it — how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card.

You can cancel anytime from your Hotmart purchase portal, no need to write to us. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

After that window, charges already made aren't refundable, but you can always cancel future renewals whenever you want.
