DuoPay is an app for couples to log and split shared expenses, and it automatically calculates who owes who. It's not a bank — it doesn't move money between accounts or manage payments between you and your partner: it only keeps the tally.

• You must be 18 or older to use DuoPay.
• You're responsible for the information you log.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the app (for example, to harass another person through the shared-space feature).

Access to DuoPay's Pro features is sold as a subscription through Hotmart. The subscription renews automatically (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Hotmart purchase portal; when you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

• DuoPay doesn't give financial advice or tell you how to spend your money.
• DuoPay doesn't verify or reconcile your entries with your bank — it depends on you and your partner logging expenses.

DuoPay is provided "as is." We're not responsible for financial decisions you make based on the app's data, or for disagreements between you and your partner about logged expenses — DuoPay only calculates based on the information you both enter.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
