Privacy Policy

• Account data: name and email.
• The expenses you log (amount, category, who paid, how it was split) and, if you link your couple space, the ones your partner logs.
• Basic technical usage data: device type, errors, and anonymous navigation events (for example, whether you opened onboarding or the paywall) that we use to understand which parts of the app work best.

DuoPay NEVER asks for or stores your bank details, banking passwords, or account access. All expense logging is manual.

• Calculating the balance between you and your partner and showing it inside the app.
• Sending you the emails your account needs (confirmations, billing notices, support).
• Improving DuoPay and fixing bugs.

We don't sell your information. We only share it with the providers we need to operate:

• Hotmart — processes your subscription payment.
• Supabase — securely stores your account and expense data.
• Vercel — hosts the application.
• Resend — sends your account emails (confirmations, notices).

The DuoPay team (just the app owner today) can see aggregated usage metrics to operate the service — for example, how many people there are or how many expenses were logged in total. NEVER the specific expenses or financial detail of your couple space.

You can delete your own account and data any time, from Espacio → Account → Delete my account. You can also ask us by email. We delete it completely, except for what we're legally required to keep (e.g. billing records) and except for shared history with a linked partner — in that case we keep the amounts so they don't lose their account, but we remove your name from those records.

DuoPay is for people 18 and older.

DuoPay only uses the cookies strictly necessary to work: keeping you signed in and remembering the language you chose. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies (like Google or Meta), so you don't need to accept any cookie banner to use the app.

If we make a significant change, we'll email you before it takes effect.
